Things I like about today...

That so many people are taking pause for the death and remembrance of a great man, President Gerald Ford. And every remembrance seems to be fond, uplifting and sweet.

That because of this day of pause, Tinker AFB is closed. This makes my day very easy and very quiet. Aaaah.

That there is, in fact, a baby in there. I know b/c the little booger decided to do some crazy aerobics the other night and I felt it - twice! Totally cool. This has nothing to do with today except that I keep thinking about it.

I don't have to go and buy a new day-calendar b/c my precious insurance broker brought me a free one. Woo!

I finally had a mother tell me that it probably won't get better! That was more comforting to me than the dozens of mothers who say, "Oh, it will get better..." because hey, sometimes it won't! This mom was awesome b/c she actually told me how much she hated being preggo and how she felt my pain. Brooke, you rock.

And tonight I'll be able to work out without much worry of injury. My awesome, kick ass husband put together my new recumbant stationary bike (present from mama) and it's now waiting for me in the living room and probably scaring the dog.

And I also like having queso for breakfast. Yeah, that's not really new, tho.

Yay for today...finally a good post and something more to read than Pregnancy Sucks.
Love from me and kickin' Cletus!
